FSL Adult Behavioral Health Therapeutic Home Program Recruiting Providers

FSL contracts with individuals and families who have chosen to open their homes to provide care and support to adults age 18 and older who are determined to have a serious mental illness (SMI). These Providers are independently licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services and have received training by FSL to ensure competency in the delivery of residential behavioral health services.  FSL is currently involved in a provider recruitment effort to respond to the growing need for this level of care in our community.  FSL will assist you throughout the licensing and contracting process, as well as ongoing clinical supervision, support, and billing with timely direct deposit payments.
