SVdP is the largest Catholic organization of support for the Corporal Works of Mercy – feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked.
Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (a Catholic lay organization) leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to person services. These services are offered to those who are needy and suffering, in the tradition of its founder Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and patron St. Vincent de Paul.
Our St. Vincent de Paul Society is an energetic and well-organized group of individuals committed to assisting the poor and needy. They provide an immense service to the Church and to the community-at-large.

Donations can be made directly to SSJ's Society of St. Vincent de Paul here at the Cathedral. Poor Boxes are stationed at each door of the Cathedral, and a second collection is taken up to support their good works on the fifth Sunday of the month throughout the year.
